fatty fatty two by four

Everything is driving me insane lately. Especially people. Everyone needs to just chill the fuck out. GOD.

::::::::::::::::::::::::::)

ANYWAY.

I stepped on the scale yesterday and finally hit my breaking point [lol] when it comes to my weight. I've been a fatty since I had Maddox but it never REALLY bothered me because when I look in the mirror I do not see a fat girl.. UNTIL YESTERDAY.
So, time to make some serious changes.
I'll be focusing on my diet of course. I'm not on A diet.. diets are bullshit, but I'm going to eat a LOT healthier and a more balanced diet. I'll also be working out EVERY day. Today was the first day and holy crap I'm out of shape. I wanted to die. lol.
cardio cardio cardiooooo
Less alcohol.
No soda.... that one is going to be the hardest for me. :[

So here it is. I'm a fat bitch. I am going to lose 50 lbs.

Do it! and good luck!

This might be totally unreasonable but I force myself to walk to the grocery store and only buy what I can carry home. It keeps extras out of the house. I end up having to go 2-3 times a week and it ads an extra 4-8 miles to my life. Add in the resistance of the groceries, toddler, stroller, and god knows what else and I am a sweating fool by the time I get home. I'm not one to actually 'work out' so I take it where I can get it.

That is actually a really good idea. I don't live that far from the grocery store & it is FINALLY starting to cool down outside.. so I think that I will actually start doing that. Thank you. :] Such a simple suggestion but I didn't even think about it. haha. Derp.

yay for being healthy! I struggle with it constantly but I'd like to think I have some small successes. I try to push all my old friends to be healthier and to work out more and they are so resistant so for you to consciously make the choice is a great step to a healthier/happier you, which is cheesy and cliche but also true.
I second the walking to the grocery store. I don't own a car so it's either biking but I much prefer walking because then I totally have to monitor how much I can carry. A+ to that idea.

also, I am a workout junkie and dedicate an hour to 90 minutes a day/ 6 days a week to either weights/cardio/yoga/etc so if you need any advice on that front (videos, equipment, etc) I can help with my limited knowledge. I'm on my 3rd month of P90X and plan on doing Insanity afterwards. Without the endorphin rush from my daily workout, I get insanely depressed so yay to working out and feeling happy!

I'm mostly focusing on weight loss right now & there are a lot of things I physically can not do because of my c-section [sit-ups, crunches, that sort of thing] but I can definitely do a lot of cardio workouts, swimming, jogging, etc. If you have any suggestions on videos that you think I should try that would be awesome. P90X is a little hardcore for me because I really am FAT at the moment.. lol. I would probably pass out. Eventually I'd like to be able to do something like that.
I should be able to dedicate at least 30 min to an hour a day depending on Maddox.
Thanks for the support! :D
